Responsibility:
− Commercialize of collections and new product lines;
− Customer relations maintenance: consolidation, reinforcement, development and finalization of the existing customer portfolio (visit + mailing + telephone + training);
− Management and development of the TO (sales of collections);
− Management and follow-up of billing of the client portfolio in collaboration with the ADV service ;
− Follow-up of customer deliveries in collaboration with the ADV service (regular monitoring on the status of deliveries and recovery of any difficulties encountered during the season) ;

Requirements:
− A successful 5-year experience in a similar position. Experience of 3 years in the RtW minimum is required.
− A business school degree, level BAC +4/5.
− Knowledge of the major players in the current / competitive market, as well as the positioning of the brand.
− Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, social networks) are essential.

1. Establish standards and provide professional guidelines
on display management forms. Provide training and practical exercises courses
to company-owned stores and franchised stores, continuously improving the
display and matching capability of displaying personnel, and strengthening
organic integration of merchandise and display
2. Quickly respond to updated merchandise sales activities and provide
corresponding weekly merchandising guidelines and immediate display guidelines
3. Develop and implement display plans, which are required to meet the brand
theme and seasonal product themes. Regularly supervise stores, ensuring that
the implementations are timely and effective
4. Organize the development of display props and develop corresponding display
plan. Supervise store display and provide timely feedbacks and adjustments
5. Assist in developing the contents of the five sections of the MO-channel exhibition
area, ensuring that fashion and display information is continuously updated and
disseminated;
6. Select season opening music and produce makeup videos. Assist in the implementation of other occasional marketing projects.
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, Apparel Design or other art-related major, overseas work or study experience is preferable;
2. 5+ years relevant work experience, with experience in display management of women's brand;
3. Strong problem analysis and resolution capabilities, and professional handling of complex conflicts;
4. Planning and organizing skills. Good communication skills with superior and subordinates;
5. Adapt to short-term business trips.
Responsibilities:
1. Design standard visual effects of each store according to the overall planning of brand positioning. Satisfy the design requirements of external partners while keeping to tight project schedule and project requirements
2. Inspect the design process of newly-opened/re-organized stores across the country, ensuring the quality of drawings and the timely and effective implementation of design process
3. Conduct project management in design processes for national flagship stores/regional key stores, ensuring that project schedule and quality requirements are met
4. Participate in designing the full set of drawings (including design renderings) for key engineering projects. Provide consulting service for design drawings and technical guidance and supervision for on-site remodeling during the construction process of key projects
5. Maintain the image of terminal stores, providing comprehensive feedbacks, making corresponding arrangements and helping with the implementation

8. Manage supply chainQualifications:
1. University degree or above; Commercial Space, Interior Design, Art Design or other related majors; warmly welcome overseas equivalents who understand Chinese;
2. 10+ years of relevant work experience in store/commercial space design, and 5+ years of management experience; relevant background in fashion retail industry is preferable;
3. Excellent aesthetic ability and artistic taste; love fashion, well know trends in fashion and art, and be able to accurately grasp and express the intention of combining business and art
4. Excellent design and innovation capabilities; experience in commercial space design in fashion industry is preferable; proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, Photoshop, etc.
5. Familiar with store space planning and construction process, with site supervisor experience and execution ability;
6. Familiar with decoration and remodeling engineering and techniques; experience in engineering management, management experience in regulation and process development;
7. Excellent judgment and decision-making ability, and strong planning and execution ability;
8. Good organizing and communication skills, good cross-functional collaboration ability, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
