On November 9, 2017, a pleasant afternoon tea party was bathing in the winter sunlight in the warm and cozy oriental courtyard of Chinese Academy of Oil Painting in Beijing. The dusk had fallen when there finally came the Edition 10 Spring-Summer 2018 Show in the church – 40 supermodels elegantly walking out.
The theme “Tea in Garden”, inspired by the gentlewomen muses such as Tilda Swinton and Anna Wintour and their lovingly-tended gardens, expresses the state of self-consciousness and calmness of gentlewomen. A series of designs, from sturdy silhouettes to languid lines, coupled both strong and soft spirits of gentlewomen to demonstrate the quintessence of Edition 10. Famous actresses Yu Feihong and Li Meng, as well as many friends and guests of the brand, came to see the show and enjoyed a relaxed and pleasant garden gathering.
