Responsibilities:
1. Formulate general merchandise plan for Little MO&Co. products, including product mix plan, release plan, promotion plan, price strategy and logistics training plan
2. Implement and accomplish seasonal product plan. Summarize seasonal product performance with the marketing and sales team, and communicate the result with design and production team;
3. Participate in decision-making process about fabrics, accessories and color. Provide suggestions about out-of-stock merchandise and merchandise change. Responsible for pricing
4. Develop ordering standards. Develop ordering guidance and provide corresponding training
5. Collect competitors’ information, including design style, color and price of equivalent brands and high-end brands;
6. Quarterly organize market research. Participate in sample procurement and approval. Suggest solutions to existing problems
7. Analyze data about cash withdrawal rate, gross profit rate, stock-to-sales ratio and inventory rate
8. Summarize product planning work
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above; Apparel Design or other fashion-related majors; overseas study experience is preferable
2. 5+ years’ brand planning and product planning experience
3. Strong organizing capabilities, excellent on-site coordination and communication skills;
4. Acquainted with the latest fashion information and trends, proficient in store planning, with good art foundation and a keen sense of color balance
5. Strong analysis and problem-solving capability; excellent English writing and reading ability
6. Able to professionally handle complex conflicts; project planning and organizing capabilities
7. Strong ability to communicate with users and business partners

2. Use software to produce style drawings and related pictures
3. Collect fabric information and process information;
4. Participate in sample review, product photography and assist in buyers meetingQualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above; Apparel Design or other art-related majors
2. 1+ years’ design assistant experience; overseas education background is preferred
3. Acquainted with the application of various types of fabrics and accessories, as well as pattern and sewing techniques
4. Sensitive to the trends and elements of color and style
5. Able to produce drawings independently; proficiency in apparel design softwares such as Photoshop, CorelDraw, etc.
