Responsibilities:
1. Formulate general merchandise plan for Edition 10 women products, including product mix plan, release plan, promotion plan, price strategy and logistics training plan
2. Implement and accomplish seasonal product plan. Summarize seasonal product performance with the marketing and sales team, and communicate the result with design and production team;
3. Participate in decision-making process about fabrics, accessories and color. Provide suggestions about out-of-stock merchandise and merchandise change. Responsible for pricing
4. Develop ordering standards. Develop ordering guidance and provide corresponding training
5. Collect competitors’ information, including design style, color and price of equivalent brands and high-end brands;
6. Quarterly organize market research. Participate in sample procurement and approval. Suggest solutions to existing problems
7. Analyze data about cash withdrawal rate, gross profit rate, stock-to-sales ratio and inventory rate
8. Summarize product planning work
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above; Apparel Design or other fashion-related majors; overseas study experience is preferable
2. 5+ years’ brand planning and product planning experience
3. Strong organizing capabilities, excellent on-site coordination and communication skills;
4. Acquainted with the latest fashion information and trends, proficient in store planning, with good art foundation and a keen sense of color balance
5. Strong analysis and problem-solving capability; excellent English writing and reading ability
6. Able to professionally handle complex conflicts; project planning and organizing capabilities
7. Strong ability to communicate with users and business partners
Responsibilities:
1. Collect graphic fashion trends in accordance with the brand style and the seasonal product features such as theme, style, color, fabrics, etc.. Combine designers’ ideas with seasonal trend and develop clothing graphic design
2. Responsible for designing clothing patterns
3. Select suppliers to make fabric samples, and participate in the whole process, including color separation, screen printing, tissue structure design and sample making
4. Closely communicate and cooperate with procurement personnel, make sure of the technical information transfer and quality confirmation of later-stage fabric procurement
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above; major in Dyeing and Weaving Art, Animation Design, or Clothing Graphic Design is preferred;
2. 2+ years’ experience in clothing accessories and graphic design for well-known clothing brands. Understand clothing or handicraft production techniques, be proficient in textile printing, embroidery patterns, rhinestone mounting and water washing technology, skillfully integrate various types of clothing accessories to pattern design
3. Able to grasp design spirit of a given brand and develop corresponding pattern changes; able to grasp women fashion style and trends of accessories and patterns; able to develop complete design of accessories and related patterns in accordance with the style of given product series
4. Active thinking; excellent creative capability and aesthetic capability, strong hand-painting skills
5. Proficiency in computer graphics software, such as photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc.
